A FAMILY A DAY
A Motel-to-Home Initiative
We launched a special initiative with the goal of housing one family every single day. Our goal is to house 365 families in 2022. We are building on our success and excited about our goal!

One of the major barriers that hinders the success of children and families is a lack of stable housing. Motels and extended-stay hotels often serve as shelters of last resort when a family has been removed from their own home. Families initially move into the extended stay location as a short-term solution but often find themselves unable to save the necessary amount to address overdue bills or secure the deposit for housing. Motel-to-Home (M2H) moves families out of motels into stable, permanent housing with a 3-step approach: outreach, housing, and aftercare.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, our help is critical more than ever. Your support will put families back on track.

Story of Resilience
Ivane and her 7 children were living in and out of extended motels for 5 years. With a household of 8 living in one room, it was difficult for Ivane to find permanent housing.

STORY OF PARTNERS
Fully Furnished Ministries, based in Norcross, partners with agencies who place families into permanent housing from the Motel to Home Program, providing furniture for these families.

STORY OF LEADERSHIP
Our donors Dan Smith and Richard Higgins at a gathering where we presented our Motel to Home program. Our work is supported by generous donors. Our goal of helping families find permanent housing happens because of generous support from our community. Our donors make it possible!

WHO WE ARE
We have partners spread across the Greater Atlanta area with one mission to unite them: serving families living in extended-stays.
WHAT WE DO
Our ultimate goal is to put families out of motels and into permanent, stable housing. What started as a pilot project is now one of our most important programs.
STORIES
Our families show great strength, resilience, and a huge dedication to improve their lives. Each story is different, but our commitment to them is the same.
